Screw extruder is suitable for extrusion and dehydration of wet materials with high water content in starch, feed and other industries. Its structure is a conical shell with conical spiral blades with different pitches built in, which forms the compression of pitch length and height in the process of rotation. The dehydrated material is discharged from the drainage end, and the extruded water flows out of the screen hole in the shell. Large compression ratio, good dehydration effect, low discharge moisture, stable operation, no vibration, continuous operation and production. This product is suitable for fiber dehydration in the process of corn starch production, and is also suitable for dehydration of similar crude fiber substances in other industries.


The equipment can completely dehydrate the water containing crude fiber separated in the process of corn starch production. The equipment is a necessary technical measure to use fiber residue and further dry it into feed ingredients. Due to the use of this equipment, the residual water of starch after fiber extrusion can be recycled to reduce the loss of washing water and improve the recovery rate of starch. The structural characteristics of the screw dryer: stable operation, no vibration, compact structure. The spiral blades of the main engine are surrounded by cones, forming the compression ratio between the pitch and height of the blades. The extruded material is compressed forward, the water is discharged from the water seepage shell embedded with a perforated sieve plate, and the dehydrated material is discharged through the outlet. The permeable wall shell and sieve plate adopt split bolt fastening structure, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. The lower part of the feed inlet and the seepage wall is provided with a water receiving bucket and a drainage pipe orifice, which is convenient for the recovery of washing water. The conical variable pitch helical blade spindle runs at a low speed, and the material volume gradually decreases during the extrusion process, and the accumulated water is fully discharged, forming an ideal state of looseness and low water content. The equipment is small in size and easy to operate and maintain.


In the screw extruder, the left side of the screw shaft is supported in the rolling belt seat bearing, and the right side is supported in the main shaft belt seat bearing. The motor works through a pair of belt pulley drive screw shafts. The spiral shaft rotates clockwise along the slag outlet direction, the bottom diameter gradually increases, and the tooth spacing gradually decreases. When the raw materials are pushed by the screw shaft, the raw materials are extruded because the inner cavity of the screw gradually becomes smaller, which is the role of the screw shaft in the screw extruder.
